Our Services
CFI Management Real Estate handles every aspect of real estate ownership and operations, with the exception of brokerage. In addition to managing our multi-tenant centers, we offer net lease tenants individualized management services tailored to their needs, from maintenance oversight, repair coordination, and annual service contracts to accounting and CAM reconciliation. As a family-owned firm, we have the flexibility to accommodate each tenant's requirements and deliver a level of service larger landlords often can't match.
Alongside our own ground-up development, we also offer build-to-suit solutions for tenants who might otherwise be limited to a ground lease, giving them a purpose-built facility without the burden of developing it themselves.
